Last week at the Association of Language Companies (ALC) annual conference, I was named to their national leadership council. For those of you who might not know, the ALC is a national trade association representing businesses that provide translation, interpretation, localization, and language training services.
I'm honored because only 14 language industry leaders nationwide were named to this council, which is appointed by the association's president. The position lasts for two years.
